A fund needs to divest all or parts of its remaining assets.
Solution:
Sale of direct assets in the fund, in one or several lots, depending on geographic and industrial sectors, types of securities held and the stage and performance of underlying companies. The same GP may or may not be retained for the management of the interests after the completion of the secondary sale.
