All or parts of BNP Paribas Private Equity’s minority shareholdings within five companies from Antin FCPI 1 and Antin FCPI 2, funds of vintage 2001 and 2002 respectively, were divested, ahead of an early termination of the funds.

Seventure Partners successfully closes its first secondary sale of assets to Headway Capital ahead of the liquidation of its older FCPI vehicles.

The French venture capital firm Seventure Partners, with the help of specialist secondary advisory firm RainMakers Private Equity, has sold all or parts of its minority shareholdings within eight companies from various older FCPI funds to funds advised by private equity secondary specialist Headway Capital Partners.
